TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are a few of the terms and conditions that apply to all participants on Methow River Raft + Kayak trips:

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

All guests with Methow River Raft + Kayak will be asked to read and sign an Assumption of Risk Participation Agreement prior to any whitewater rafting trip, kayak trip or river tube rental. Minors must also have the Agreement read and signed by a parent or legal guardian. If the minor's legal guardians will not be participating in the trip, the form may be read and signed in advance of your rafting or kayak trip. Simply download and print the Assumption of Risk, Participation Agreement by clicking on the link found at the bottom of this page, read it, and bring the signed form with you when you sign in for your trip.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and personal checks with ID.  For all trips a 50%  deposit per person is required at the time of reservation.  The balance is due the day of your trip. Cancelations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip will recieve a full refund.  

DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

Consumption of alcohol before or during any whitewater activity creates a serious risk to all participants on the trip or course. Drugs and/or Alcohol are not permitted before or during any of our whitewater trips. Guests arriving for a trip under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be permitted to participate, and no refund will be given.

RIVER LEVELS AND CHANGING CONDITIONS

Risk management is our first priority, and we reserve the right to change or cancel any rafting or kayak trips due to inappropriate water levels, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is made greater than a week then you get a full refund. If a cancellation is made between one week and one day before the trip then you will receive 50% refund. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the trip then no refund is given.
